About
Dr. Ayesha Khan has spent over twelve years reversing pre-diabetes and lowering lipid markers in patients across Karachi's leading hospitals. Trained at Aga Khan University and certified by the Pakistan Nutrition and Dietetic Society, she's worked with the metabolic clinic at Liaquat National Hospital and now leads diabetes care at Ghizayat. Her clients have collectively dropped over 2,400 mg/dL in cumulative cholesterol — without giving up roti. Ayesha believes most metabolic conditions are misunderstood as 'eating wrong' when the real fix is teaching patients to eat right by their plate, not against it.
My approach
I start every consultation by asking what you actually eat — not what you think you should. We map your real day, identify the 2–3 highest-leverage changes, and build a plan that you'll still be following in six months. Most clients are shocked by how little they need to give up. The work is in pairing, portioning, and timing — not deprivation.
