Refund Policy
We're confident in the quality of our service. If we're not the right fit for you, here's how refunds work:
7-day full refund
For all paid programs (Single Consult, 4-Week Reset, 12-Week Transformation, Quarterly Plan), you have 7 days from the start date of your program to request a full refund — no questions asked.
The start date is the day of your initial consultation, not the day of payment. Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days.
After day 7
- For 4-week or longer programs: pro-rated refund minus a 15% admin fee, calculated based on days used.
- For Annual Concierge Membership: pro-rated quarterly refund minus a 10% admin fee.
- Single Consult: refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. After that, the session counts as delivered.
Discovery Call
The Discovery Call is free. There's nothing to refund.
Dietitian fit guarantee
If your assigned dietitian isn't the right match within the first week, we'll switch you to a different dietitian at no charge. This is in addition to (not instead of) the 7-day refund window.
How to request a refund
- Email refunds@ghizayat.com with your name and order ID.
- Optional: tell us what didn't work — we use it to improve.
- Refund issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available where fraudulent payment, abusive behaviour, or material misrepresentation of medical history is established.
- Bonus materials (welcome kit downloads, recipe vault) are not separately refundable.
