Terms of Service

By using Ghizayat's website or programs, you agree to these terms. Have a qualified lawyer review and finalise before public launch.

1. The service

Ghizayat provides online nutrition counselling and personalised diet plans through certified dietitians. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe medication, or replace your physician.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to enroll independently. Minors require a parent or guardian on the consent form and at the initial consultation.

3. Bookings & cancellations

• Cancellations > 24 hours before a session: free reschedule.
• Cancellations < 24 hours: session forfeited unless you reschedule within 7 days.
• No-shows count as a completed session.
• Programs can be paused once for up to 2 weeks at no charge with prior notice.

4. Payments

Programs are paid in full or in instalments at booking. Currency is local where possible (PKR for Pakistan, USD/GBP/AED for international). All payments are processed by Stripe or SafePay — we do not store card details.

5. Refunds

See the Refund Policy page for full details. Briefly: 7-day full refund from the start of your program, no questions asked.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical and dietary information.
• Notify us of relevant changes to your health during the program.
• Coordinate with your treating physician for medical conditions.
• Use the recommendations as guidance, not as medical prescription.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, recipes, plans, and materials are the property of Ghizayat. You may use materials provided to you for personal use; you may not redistribute or republish without written permission.

8. Liability

Nutrition counselling is for guidance only. We are not responsible for outcomes outside our control — including how you implement the plan, your medical condition's response, or events arising from non-compliance with your physician's instructions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for clients who are abusive, who withhold medical information that creates risk, or who breach these terms. Pro-rated refund applies in such cases.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Karachi/Lahore — to be locked].
