1. Not a substitute for medical advice
Information on this website and provided through our programs is for educational and supportive purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider.
2. Always consult your physician
Before starting any nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are managing a chronic illness — consult your treating physician.
3. Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Ghizayat dietitians are not available for urgent medical care.
4. Individual results
Results from nutrition programs vary widely between individuals. Outcomes depend on adherence, baseline health, genetic factors, and lifestyle variables outside our control. Testimonials shown are real client experiences but are not guarantees of similar outcomes.
5. Coordination of care
For chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, fatty liver, cardiovascular disease), our dietitians coordinate with your treating physician. We do not adjust prescription medication. Any changes to medication must be approved by your physician.
6. Allergies and intolerances
You are responsible for disclosing all known food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities at intake. We do not assume liability for reactions arising from undisclosed allergies.
